Booking and Payment

1. Booking Process: To book a tour, please fill out the booking form on our website. Upon receiving your request, we will confirm availability and send you a booking confirmation.
2. Payment Terms: A deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the tour, as specified in your booking confirmation.
3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 15-30 days before the tour date will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour date.

Changes and Amendments

1. Changes by Us: We reserve the right to make changes to your tour itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any changes as soon as possible.
2. Changes by You: If you wish to make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but changes may be subject to availability and additional charges.

Liability

1. Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical expenses, personal injury, and other unforeseen circumstances.
2. Limitations of Liability: Morocco Special Tours shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, or other emergencies.

Conduct

1. Traveler Responsibility: Travelers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner. Any behavior deemed disruptive or harmful to the group or environment may result in termination of the tour without refund.
2. Compliance with Local Laws: Travelers must comply with all local laws and regulations during the tour. Morocco Special Tours will not be held responsible for any legal issues arising from non-compliance.

Privacy

1. Data Collection: We collect personal information necessary for booking and providing our services. This information will be kept confidential and used only for the purposes for which it was collected.
2. Third-Party Services: We may share your information with third-party service providers as necessary to facilitate your tour. These providers are bound by confidentiality agreements and will not use your information for any other purpose.

1. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Moroccan courts.
